Grace was sung by the Brownie} Packs and a toast to the Queen proposed by Delcine Malcolm, before they sat down to a turkey dinner prepared and served by the Women of the Moose, A rousing singsong took up the slack period between the main course and dessert, led by Tawney Owl Mrs, D,Caldwell, The toast to Lady Baden Powell was made by Diane Campbell and Jane Boudreau proposed the toast to the Mothers, responded to by her Mother, Mrs. P.i, Boudreau, = Following the dinner Mrs,.Caldwell intro- duced the first of two guest speakers, Mrs. F,A,Hanna, Chairman of the Girl Guide Assoc, Mrs. Hanna explained the many projects of. the Association to raise money to support the Guides and Brownies for their supplies, She also sought the help of Mothers in working as leaders in the Brownie Packs, or assisting with tests and welcomed all to attend the regular Association meetings, Guide captain, Mrs, R,£,Downey was the second guest to speak and elaborated to the Brownies the advanced work and activities taken up in Guiding, Sk'e mentioned the Dis- trict Rally and World Guide Rally and admon- ished the Brownies to be good Brownies so they will be good Guides when older, Hach of the three Packs took a turn at entertaining their Mothers before the evening concluded, The Ladies Auxiliary will meet on Monday, April 3rd at 8:15 in the Community Church Hall.
