Donna Lohr has had a few days home with her parents, Mr.& Mrs.Bert Lohr. Lois and Verne Hopper accompanied Bill Joneg and his Mother to the west coast. While Bill and Mrs,Jones stopped in Saskatoon they visited in Pike Lake, Sask., with friends, Another Stopover was at Calgary with Lois Brother then on to Silverton, B.C., for a visit with Bill's sister, Mrs.Jones will remain with her daugh- ter in Silverton, After a few days in Vancou- ver they returned via the U.S. Vi and Steve Fedorak and family motored East for three weeks visiting relatives in Cape Breton and New Brunswick. A birthday party was held Sunday afternoon for Brannon Blom on the occasion of her sevent birthday. Fourteen girl friends enjoyed the games, birthday lunch and favours. Mr.Harold Marsh, accompanied by Mr.& Mrs, Rune Ostling, motored to Regina to pick up Mrs.Marsh, A few days were enjoyed at the mineral lake at Watrous, Sask,, before return- ing home through the States to Sault Ste,.Marie and up to Wawa for the ribbon cutting ceremony, arriving home Saturday evening, Irene and Clem Williams of Gatineau Mills, Quebec are visiting with Clem's brother Len this week, Mr.& Mrs,Alex Crawford have received word from their son Jim that he is now enrolled at Prince of Wales College in St.John!s, New- foundland, Jim is the guest of his aunt, Mrs. G,Hartman this year. LOIS & CHUCK HAVILAND HONOURED Lois Haviland was the surprised guest of honour last Wednesday when a gigantic Farewell Party was held by her many friends at the Moose Hall. During the evening Lois received beautifully matched monogram (Cont'd Page 9 )
