Second class mail rates are as follows:.1¢ for the first two ounces, 1¢ for the next two ounces and 1¢.for each addi- tional four ounces. These rates have made it possible for us to distribute the paper through the Post Office in Terrace Bay and Schreiber at no cost to the individual residents,. However, the Post Office Department now inform us that we must pay 14 cents a copy for each copy delivered through the Post Office and 2¢ per copy if the paper is mailed directly to a subscriber, This cost of postage makes it prohibitive for us to continue to distribute the paper through the Post Office, We will, therefore, have the paper deliver- ed to each house in Terrace Bay, and to the North Camp, Hotel and Hospital.
