As a Governor of Queen's University, Mr. Minard is well-versed in scholarship dispensing and achievement and is vitally interested in promoting higher standards in Towns where Kimberly-Clark are situated, He mentioned the prevailing rate of Scholarship chances in Kapuskasing and hoped that at some future time Terrace Bay would be producing enough scholars that the number of available scholarships donated by Kimberly-Clark Company would be increased.
