GROUP LIFE INSURANCE 94% of Kinmberly-Clarkérs at Terrace Bay are enrolled in Group Insurance Plant! The above information was 'recently 'received from Kimberly-Clark's Insurance and Pension Administrator. This 94% figure refers to the Group Plan <311, which plan is available to employees efter six months service. The total amount of insurance in force-at the Terrace Bay mill as of February 20, 1958 was $5,575,000. The high percentage of employees who have taken advantage of this insurance would seem to substantiate the fact that the group insurance program is still one of the most widely accepted benefit programs Kimberly- Clarkers enjoy. Not all of the employees have the full amount of group insurance that they are entitled to have, This notice may serve to remind them, or those employees who have not taken advantage of the protection of group insurance, that they can enrol at any time provided they have a medical exam- ination,:at no cost to the employee, In any event -it is suggested that every one check their group insurance policies to make sure they are up to date with regard to the amount of insurance and particularly the beneficiary provision. _ The Personnel Department staff are available to answer any questions in regard to the Group Insurance Plan, S| ee cial oat et fata? emmy ST.
