The biolog- ical staff in 1946 was two. In addition, the Department has trained a number of biologists who have joined other depart- ments or agencies that co-operate with Lands and Forests in biological problems. The biologists are engaged in all types of Department work-~administrative, park activities, fish and game manage-- ment and research in ah aspects of fish and game work.
