The scoreless third was a slower game - both teams showed the results of the fast pace 'on heavy ice for the previous periods, Superiors forced the Mercuries to carry the Terrace Bay Midgets playing in Schreiber Wednesday. Six cars made the trip with players, coaches, and eight girls for a cheering section. Terrace won both games, Friday 13-8 and Saturday afternoon 8-4. Everyone was billeted out in houses except the coaches and drivers who were put up in Hotel Terrace. Saturday morning, a visit was paid to our Mill and also to our Hydro Plant at Terrace Beach.
