To all employees of Kimberly-Clark iulp and iaper Company, their families, and other residents of Terrace Bays I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for the part you have played in achieving the really remarkable production records that our mill has mace in the past year. We can all take pride in the fact that we are well on our way toward a new safety record at the same time, Fewer disabling injuries means just that many more familics that will really enjoy this holiday season, The past year has seen steady growth and improvement in our conmunity facilities and activities. We enjoy the curbs ané¢ gravel roads that we're getting, and take pride in such conmunity efforts as the erection of the Cenotaph. It is fitting, however, that we pause at this time of year to count also our blessings of freedom and justice. We can only hope that whatever new lights may appear in the heavens, the light of the Star of bethlehem may eventually prevail, with its message of "Teace on Earth -- Goodwill Toward Men."
