McColl ~ 6h A, MacDonald - 354 DON_ANDERSON"S 'RINK CLUB CHAMPIONS Last Friday night Don Anderson's rink composed of Don Anderson skip, Alex Sinkins vice skip Bob Wallwin second and Wayne Young lead earned themselves the right to be called Terrace Bay men's Curling Club Champ- ions by winning their last scheduled game of the fifth round against:Rune Ostlinsts: ~ quartette, In what proved to be the closest race in years Anderson's rink curled the steady game which kept them a little bit in front of all other rinks ail season to win. However, the title was not decided wmtil the final game between these two fine rinks was played. As a result of this game Rume Ost- lings rink of Red Wood, Ray Kenney and Butch Bouchard took the runner up spot, Round 5 was completed Monday night. next event will be a double round robin series to decide the winners in each of the four divisions. Points accumulated by all rinks will be discarded and the battle for . division champions will be on.
