TERRACE BaY RINK WINS FIRST EVENT 4T MsRATHON The Marathon Ladies Curling Club held their lst Invitational Bonspiel last week- end and once again a rink from Terrace Bay walked off with lst place honours, The winning rink, consisting of Peggy Wellings, Skip, Ann Latour, 3rd, Betty Bouchard 2nd, and Norma Crockford, lead, defeated all comers thereby winning 1st prize in the first event and returning home with beautiful Kenwood blankets, . All in all the ladies had a wonderful time and enjoyed the generous hospitality of the Marathon Club. You can be sure they'll be looking forward to returning to Marathon again next year.
