Saturday will go on sale at the game, TREN TOWN RALLY On Saturday, November 17th, some 100 teen-agers poured into Marathon to take part in the first Teen Town Rally ever to be held in this district. After the delegates were registered and assigned their billets, the day started with a workshop on square and novelty dances under the leader- ship of Al Miller and his teen-agers from Red Rotk, Later, three representatives from Red Rock, Marathon, Terrace Bay and Schreiber met to plan the forthcoming dance. Ideas and views were expressed by each one and discussed by all, To wind up the afternoon, a tour of Marathon was conducted under the direction of Mr. D. Earle, in which the highlights of Marathon were pointed out. This was followed by a banquet for the visiting delegates, where Mr. D,. Earle and Mr. D, Talerico welcomed the guests on behalf of the Recreation Commission of Marathon. To conclude the day, a dance was held for all registered delegates. On Sunday morning, special services were held in both churches for the teen-agers, Sunday night saw &@ group of weary teen-agers come off the train, but with a sense of accomplish- ment and a feeling of"a job well dme" in representing our Teen Town. MINOR HOCKEY GAWES Friday night, Nove:ber 23rd, at 8,30 the local Juvenile Club plays host to Schreiber Juveniles. Let's all make a date to be there to sce our youngsters in action.
