The next instruction period, scheduled to take place in June, will deal with the maintenance and use of the various pumps used by the department, 0-0-0 HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY NEWS AND NOTES The date of the general meeting of the Society has been changed to May 25th. Some of the delegation from Fort William who are participating in the programme, are unable to be here for the previous date as planned. Addresses that evening will be given by Mr. Fred MacDonald, horticulturalist and manager Fort William Parks Board; and Mr, A, Widnall, alderman and secretary- manager of Fort William Parks Board, Mr. Lovelady, Parks board photographer, will show films and slides on his work.
