THRRACE a IEEE ION REPORT FOR THE YEAR 1955 (Cons. from Last Week) i BADMINTON |, Last year our badminton group enroll-- ment was 35 members, As in the past, we have many good players belonging to this Club, Inter-town tournaments are played, as well as the play~ off tourna- ment, which takes in players from Marathon, Schreibe:: and Terrace Bay, Badminton players meet once a week and are a well- organized 'group; '|*" «i ' In September of 1955, on the re-forming of the Club, "the membership slipped down to 35 active members, but this activity is still being conducted satisfactorily to meet the needs of these players," BASKET SKE TB ALL "We are hapry to say that this activity is taking hold and will now operate the year round. The senior men's team has been in a straining form for existence and now it' seems that we have a team holding regular practices twice weekly.
