SUPERIORS On Wednesday April 11th in the final game of the season saw Superiors down the house league "All Stars" by the score of 10-8, Dave Desrosiers "All Stars" played heads up hockey and nearly upset the high flying Superiors. The Stars opened the scoring at the 1.16 mark of the first period and set the pace in the first frame, ending the period with a 2-0 lead. The second period saw a deter- mined Superior team turn it on and score eight goals while the stars counted five goals making the score 8-7 in favour of the Superiors. The third period produced many exciting plays, bringing cheers and applause from a sizeable crowd, The Stars fought desperately to tie the score but at the final whistle the score board showed - Superiors 10 All Stars &.
