The Service Dept. of the L.-L.P.&P.e Co. request your adherence to this By-Law. "THUREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF TERRACE BAY AS FOLLOWS; 1. Garbage shall. ne removed by a person appointed by the Board of Trustees and the work will be done under the supervision of the District Board of Health, " 2. No garbage shall be allowed to be burned in the townsite, or be allowed to ac- cumulate to the extent of creating a danger from fire, or a public health nuisance as in the case of straw, shavings, packing paper, etc,, but same shall be removed weckly or semi-~ weekly, or oftener if required by the Sanit- ary Inspector, or the. Board of Health, and 'in all cases such garbage shall be placed by the responsible owner in suitable boxes or other receptacles. and deposited in a place of clear and easy access to the garbage man for the prompt removal of same, 3. No greasy matter, decayed meat or any kitchen refuse shall be left exposed to flies at any time, but shall be placed in suitable metalic cans provided with a fly-proof cover of same material, and deposited. as above set out, in order to give easy access to the gar- bage mane (Cont. on next col,) GARBAGE DISPOSAL (Cont,) 4, Cardboard, wooden or corrugated boxes and containers shall not be considered as garbage, but must be disposed of by the owner; ashes must be placed in containers apart from ordinary garbage, and all boxes or containers must be of suitable material to be handled by the garbage collector.
