Add beaten eggs, milk and raisins and mix well, Sift flour with baking powder, salt end s»xices and add to batter along with bran flakes, Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Macgregor of Sisekinika Lake, Ontario arrived on the 2nd to visit with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs, Joe Marcella and family. Porter visited with the Ray Williams in Sylacauga, Alabama, and with their daughters, Jane and Lynn, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Mr. and Mrs, Bill Borsum also returned from a month's vacation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on January 30th. While her parents were away, Bethie Borsum was the guest of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs, Werner Bangs of Dollar Bay, Michigan, 0-0-0 ee. eeiaia Tay loe. Lunbers, a z figure well-known and popular in Terrace | Bay, passed away in Toronto on Janvwary |, 30th at the age of 50, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Lumbers had resided with her husband and family in Terrace Bay from 1947 until 1953, at which time they left to reside in Toronto. While residing here, Mrs. Lumbers was an active member of the Terrace Bay Curling Club and Silver Birch Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. She was also an avid bridge player and participated in many of the local clubs, Married to Glen Lumbers in Wood- | stock, Ontario in June 1928, Mrs. Lumbers: leaves besides her husband, a son, Dick | in Terrace Bay and Sue at home in Toronto, Also her Mother, Mrs. F. Karn and a brother, Charles Karn, both of Woodstock, Funeral Sedyicibs were held in Mathews Funeral Chapel in Toronto with internment in Mount Pleasant Cemetary on Tuesday, February lst.
