QO, HARRISON'S ENTRY WINS OPENING DAY TOURNAMENT The official opening day tourna- ment proved quite a success with teams entered from LongLac, Marathon, Nipigon, Red Rock, Schreiber and three local teams. Although no records were broken there were some good games rolled, Our guests from out of town enjoyed them- sleves and were in there fighting wmtil the last ball was rolled. This we hope is the first of many tournaments which we hope will bring in some-of the top bowlers of the district, Saturdays qualifying rounds were won by Marathon, Nipigon, W. Day (Terrace Bay) and O, Harrison (Terrace Bay) Sunday 0, Harrison's team rolling on alleys 3 and 4 piled up a score of 2793. We Day came in second with 2638 which was below his qualifying round.
