By doing so, you will earn the everlasting gratitude of a crippled child somewhere in this district or in Canada. Within the past two months, the Kiwanis Club has paid transportation cost to Toronto of two mothers and their children for examination. One is a local case and the other is from Marathon, BE GENEROUS TO THIS APPEAL REMEMBER ~ A CRIPPLED ADULT MAY SURVIVE ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE BUT A CRIPPLED CHILD DEPENDS ON YOU 0-0-0 HOURLY-SALARY 10 PIN MATCH FRIDAY, MARCH 26. Come Friday March 26th the 3rd annual Hourly-Salary match will take place on our local alleys ---- starting time 6:30, The winner of this event will be deter- mined by a three game total pinfall. By the looks of things Borsum's salary boys are really out for the spoils. They have had a few workouts over the weekend practising single pins and various splits.
