The Terrace Bay "Superiors" make their second appearance of the season at the Schreiber Arena tonight when they take on the high-flying Nipigon "Flyers", In their initial outing last Saturday night against Schreiber "Deisels", the local lads went down by a score of 7-4, This score, howe ever, was not a true indication of the cal- ibre of the geme as the Superiors were with- in one goal of tying up the game in the 3rd power caught up with them. It is to be hoped that this won't occur again tonight aS we have acquired sufficient number of ' players to ice a full team. In addition to Showing a couple of new faces tonight, the LARGEST CIRCULATION IN TERRACE BAY team will feature a new Coach; Frank "Boomer" Fummerton, well-known to local hockey fans as coach of the Schreiber team for the past few seasons has taken over the reins from Jim Cumming who has resigned from that pos- ition. Including tonight's game, the team will go through the acid test of playing four games in the next six days. In other games played in the League to date, Geraldton took Marathon into camp 6-1 on Saturday night but Marathon came back to win by a score of 9-8 on Sunday; on Tuesday night Nipigon defeated Schreiber to the tune | OF Sr Gone. Any of the Terrace Bay supporters who wish to travel down to Marathon for either of the games to be played there this coming Saturday and Sunday are requested to contact | Ossie Dalzell before 5 PM on Friday if they wish to take advantage of the cheap railroad | fare.
