MARSH & LINDSKOOG HIT BIG COUNTS IN 10-PINS For the 2nd successive week Harold Marsh pounded out a whopping score in the 10-pin bowling league as he hit the high game of the evening of evening of 227. His efforts were somewhat in vain however, as the Warehouse dropped cll 4 points, Al Lindskoog knocked out the high series for the evening with a 614 total as the Engineers took honours with high game of 897 and high series of 2628, Please note: The Ten Pin executive would like to call the attention of all bowlers and especially team crptsins to the rule requiring 211 bowlers to bowl before 1l o'clock Wednesday night if their scores are to count for the week's bowling. Lately the teams have been somewhat lax on this point and as the series is close ell bowlers are interested in finding out their stnndings on the night they bowl, This should be takon as fair warning thet starting noxt Wednesday, the rule will be strictly enforced. Bowlers may bowl ahead of time but all scores must be in by bowling night and from now on the scoros will be toteled on that night and points awarded accordingly. Approximately 3 times per week the boys have been meeting in the Recreation Hall, Teen Town or the s/rmouries, depending on which is available, and are put through their paces by Eric Siiling, who has been rapidly rounding them into shape. This year, when the boys hit the ice, they won't have to stop at centre ice to get their second breath.
