We wish to express our sincere thanks to the employees of the LongLae Pulp and Paper Company Limited and to the residents of Terrace Bay for contributing so generously to the 1951 Red Cross Campaign. These contributions will enable the Red Cross to carry on, on their behalf, the various services they have obligated themselves to maintain. We would also like to express our gratitude to you and all those who gave of their time and efforts to make this drive such a success in your community. STATISTICS FOR FIRST 3 MONTHS OF 1951 Killec: 15 men, 9 women, 22 children, Total of 46. Injured: 65 men, 16 women, 14 children, total of 95. Total »-mber of fires = 286), Total financial loss of $4,465,390.00 Insurence claims totalled $3,733,825.00, A continuous observance of all phases of fire prevention will reduce this great loss of life and property.
