Brady, A. Ferguson, J, Jeanneret and R, Beaulieu, o~0-0 WHAT CONSTITUTES FUN The Recreational facilities that we have in the South Camp are ; maintained expressly for the purpose of having people enjoy them- selves, However, a few of our "younger fry" don't seem to understand just exactly how they are supposed to conduct themselves whilst they are on the premises, The Recreation Commit- tee has spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to have these facilities made avail- able for the Townsfolk, but if these young people persist in breaking walls, doors, locks, chairs, etc., the maintenance and repair costs will soon eat up any monies that are set aside to provide further facilities and planned programme, The names of a few of these young offenders are known, but the Committee feels that it would rather let the parents warn the lads to desist than take more direct action to bring an immediate end to this practice, In the meantime, the Committee are taking steps to have repairs made as they occur and the parents of any known offenders will be asked to pay for the charges.
