If not, bring them to the Fire Hall for fire service, 0-0-0 NEW HOURS FOR BILLIARDS Effective Friday, January 6th the following policy will go into effect at the North Camp Recreation Room. During the hours of 1:00 ~ 5:00 psm,, the room will be open for lounging, cards, darts, table tennis, etc., but not for Billiards or Pool. From 7:00 till 11:00 Pem. the room will be open for all activities as in the past. League, In order to stimulete somo intcrest and coax out the shy ones, it has been decided to have an afternoon of FREE BOLING just to give you an Opportunity to see whether you like the game or not. If you have to do so, bring your baby carriage or sleigh with you, there is lots of parking space inside and outside "he building, Don't forget the date - TUBS, AFTERNOON JANUARY 10TII FROM 2 PM - 4 PM. 0-0-0 TEEN TOWNERS VISIT MARATHON On Saturday, December 17th, a group of 12 of our Teen Towners paid a visit to the Marathon Teen Agers. They were met at the train by a welcoming committee who took them to the Hotel for dinner. Following this, they were taken on « tour of the town by bus and during the latter part of the afteinoon made several visits to the new Pine Tree Lunch which they found to be very impassive,. During the evening, bowling and dencing was enjoyed by all and with more food on hand they were kept busy until train time, The gang reports a most pleasant visit and are work- ing on plans to have their neighbours from Marathon come to Terrace Bay shortly. 0-0-0 Tig NEWS AS IT HAPPENS The Terrace Bay Rockets tied Schreiber 2 - 2 last night at the' Schreiber Arena, This was the first game of the season and judg-" ing by last night's play we are in for a dandy season, Don't forget Saturday night's game, In the opening of the Mixed Bowling League at the Alleys last night, the Hot Shot Bears took Curly Hale's gang into camp by a margin of 183 pins to take 4 points while Johnny Graham's outfit outrolled the Neversweats by 222 pins to take 4 points also. 0-00 A NOTE OF APPRECIATION During the Christmas and New Year's busy season, the residents of Terrace Bay were treated to an unexcelled brand of courtesy -end service by all employees of the Post Office.
