Dearest Mum & Dad,
Thanks so much for lovely parcel received Thursday also letter Wednesday. I am sending card I didn't get letter finished. I have lots to tell you about the stove. It came today
Is it ever beautiful. We all are happy I made lovely supper and baked cake tonight.
Sure improves the kitchen, sure worth waiting for a new anniversary gift. All our friends came to see it
Today Peggy visited I might

We are all pretty good/
