(SES Residents of Russell Village who want to get to the 417 have to literally drag their cars through a two-km. stretch of unpaved road on North Road which turns into.a '"'mile of muck" at this time of year. Residents have complained to Russell Reeve Gaston Patenaude. He said it has been "a pain in my head for many years."' Because the road belongs to Cumberland Township, according to Patenaude, Russell cannot do anything about it.
