La COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD THE NORTH RUSSELL WOMEN'S INSTITUTE hosted the Russell Women's Institute for an interesting get-to-gether on Monday Oct. 20th. Miss Shirley Hamilton was presented with a silver tray for her work which has been completed in the 4H Club. (Shirley is now Mrs. Bert Veddar) The guest speaker was the Rev. E. Phipps, Administrator of the Smiths Falls Regional Home. He spoke on his work and appreciation of gifts given by Societies.
