Summer Fun, 1982 The Russell Lions Club, in association with the Russell Recreation Association, have made application to the provincial government for funds to support the summer playground and daycamp program again this year. The program will run from July 1 to mid-August provided provin- cial funding is available. The degree of government fun- ding has been reduced this year, meaning that registration fees will have to increase and there may have to be some form of fund- raising activity to make the pro- - gram possible.
