STOMPERS ON THE LOOSE - Sad but true, we occasionally print bad news. We can't paint everything rosy. One piece of bad news turned up when the lights came on after the dance upstairs on Opening Night at the Community Centre. It seems that a Garbage Spreading Stomper had sneaked into the crowd and done his thers thing. Foam cups were smashed and ground into the brand new parquet floor and other assorted garbage was strewn freely about. To put it frankly, the place was not as pretty as after the old folks had done their thing in the afternoon. What we on the Review staff think is really bad news, though, is that some folks in this town are now saying "Those kids just can't be trusted." That's tragic. Most young people in this town are A-1, true-blue and with it. It would be a complete disaster if they got a bad name just because of a handful of slobs. To the good guys: keep your heads up high and prove to the doubters that you are responsible individuals. To the older folks: don't tar all the kids with the same brush. To the few slobs (old and young) among us: don't ruin a beautiful thing. Go stomp somewhere else. WORM idee. So
