Office 232-3567 737-468] RUSSELL CURLERS TO GET NEW ICE: On Tuesday, Aug. 26th, a general meeting of the Russell Curling Club approved renovations designed to give Russell curlers as fine an ice surface as any in the Ottawa Valley. Improvements to be completed before the coming season include a new floor insulated to prevent heaving, roof repairs to stop the leaks, and ceiling insulation to eliminiate condensation and brighten up the interior.
