RUSSELL HOTEL Entertainment Friday & Saturday Nights NOW Open Sundays 12 noon - 10 pm Music by THE STARLIGHTS Food Available problem of outdoor recreation are needed. The one certainty is that our .=tks cannot survive as parks under the pressure of ever increasing swarms of people each wanting his own trailer site, picnic table, grill and handy road to the boat launch. We, the users, must put our minds to the problem. We must study and think - and then question and advise. Every one of us has our own and our children's future recreational needs at stake. Start by reading, then join organizations active in outdoor recreation problems. Don't get sidetracked ate a specialty field. Consider the different needs of everyone. What to read? Park News, the magazine of the National and Provincial Parks Association. Nature Canada, a beautifully designed magazine from the Canadian Nature Federation. The Conservationist of the New York State Conservation Department. These and many more provide much food for thought. 3 What to join? Again the choice is wide. Many organizations such as the first three listed, send the magazine as part of the membership package. National and Provincial Parks Association is perhaps the best choice initially. This is the only group whose sole aim is the resolution of the many problems faced by our parks. Remember, it's up to us to decide what we want ~ to arrange a compromise
