This is Paul Crabbe. I was one year old when Gerald moved to Wilmette in 1959. A lot has been said just a few things add. I remember my father telling me when he first moved to Wilmette, one of his strategies was he befriended the police department and the fire department to build connections. One of his many methods of building his business. Gerald loved Wilmette, he was happy here and he told me he never considered moving. Three times he moved in Wilmette. He always stayed in Wilmette and never looked outside of its boundaries.
