Shown above are members of the Schreiber Municipal counicl and their clerk-treasurer. Despite the fact that Schreiber is a railway town, this is the first council where all members are connected with the Brotherhood of Railway Train-
men. Headed by Reeve Handel, who is a conductor, the council consists of Jack Corbett, retired conductor; Reg. Bailey, conductor; Bill D'Arcy, conductor, and E. G. Caccamo, presently a merchant but a former trainman. The clery-treasurer is W. E. Spicer who has held that post since 1930.
