IRON BRIDGE — Members of the Women's Institute spent Friday evening packing over 40 boxes with sweet treats for the elderly and shutins at the home of Mrs. W. Allen. The treasurer reported that final transactions had been completed in the purchasing of the 30 shares of capital in the Wool Growers Cooperative. The group spent $435.88 in the past year. Final plans were completed for catering to the dinner for Lions Club Dec. 10. The January meeting is to be held at the home of Mrs. Harvey Eaket when the roll call will be "Naming an old home j remedy" and Mrs. Leonard j Montgomery, convenor of health and home economics will be in charge of the evening's program.
