Sixty years ago - from the North Star May 4, 1922. Word has been definitely recieved of the loss of the government tender Lambton in Lake Superior. Parry Sound has suffered a great loss by the sinking of the Lambton, for six of our young men were members of the crew. Mr. Dave McGowan, Depot Harbor, presented his son Elmer with a Shetland pony.
