- This is a black and white photo of twenty-three members of the local Women's Institute in costume for the "Old Time Dress" event. The ladies wear period costumes that include sun bonnets,capes, gingham dresses, ruffles and lace.
Old-time Dress was a feature of the 75th Women's Institute Anniversary festivities, which were held in Bruce Mines. - Notes
