Description
This is a black and white photo of the Red Cross Hospital on Water Street. The photo was taken in the winter months as snow banks are visible along the sidewalks edge.

The building is a two story structure with multiple windows, an open balcony on the second floor at one end, and a central front entrance. Two very large trees flank the sidewalk to the front door.
