- This is a black and white photo of Shaw's Planing Mill. The mill is a combination of one and two story sections, and is made of wood.
This photo shows workers and local children standing in doorways and behind piles of processed lumber. A wagon which may have been used for delivery is hitched at the right of the photo.

- The planing mill was located next to Dyments Mill and lumber yard on the east side of the south end of Main Street.
