- Description
- This is a black and white photo of a waterfall locally known as Slate Falls. The photo shows two men sitting high up on a rock on the right side of the riverbank.
A large pile of logs are seen across the river. This might be an indication that the local mills used this area for transporting logs.
- Notes
- Slate Falls was originally between Thessalon and Iron Bridge but due to development these falls no longer exist.
