- Description
- This is a sepia photo of a large two story home that served as both the private Begg home and the Begg's funeral home. The building is constructed of fieldstone to the top of the first floor. The second story appears to be frame construction covered with cedar shakes. There are three chimneys indicating three fireplaces in the home.
The front yard appears to be terraced with a low fieldstone fence dividing off part of the lawn while a wood plank fence extends across the front edge of the property. - Notes
- Notes attached to this photo read: "The Burke Home, Mr. Burke was a banker and garage man, 1989 it is the Begg's Funeral Home and Private home."
