- This is a black and white photo of main street Thessalon during a summertime parade. A marching band composed of uniformed men leads the parade. Behind them walk a group of men in what appears to be dark military dress.
The streets are lined on both sides by people of all ages. A number of youngsters are walking along beside the procession, on the left side of the photo.
