The article on the Thessalon House mentions the old "White House Cookbook" which I found online on another website and it can be downloaded as a pdf book for free from the following website:

http://www.archive.org/details/whitehousecookbo00gillrich

It is an excellent copy with all the photos and illustrations.

Hugh Jackson is my great, great grandfather.
