This is a small pink covered ration booklet. This particular ration book belonged to Elwood Seabrook of Thessalon. The coupons inside would have been redeemable for various types of rationed goods.

Line 5 asks for street address or rural route number, "1" has been handwritten in.

"Thesslon" is written in the space asking for town.
