- This is a photo of a log jam in the Thessalon River. It shows many men attempting to break up the jam with cant hooks and poles.
In the background several buildings can be seen including the back of Tom Wiggs Livery Barns, the local rink, and Tom White's residence. In the far right corner of the photo the start of construction of the walking bridge and Dobie Street is pictured.
