- A note accompanying the photo states "Many Students of today can thank Miss Pulford as it is due to her generosity she left money for bursary and is used each year and awarded to students under the Hazel Pulford Scholarship. Jerry Somners also has given the library a lot of help with his knowledge of Thessalon past history."
