This is a black and white photo of Mr. Duncan McMillan (owner of Algoma Advocate) and Mr. Thomas Wigg (owner of Wigg's Livery). The photo was taken in 1923.

One man is crouched on what appears to be the back step of a house. He wears light colored pants and a dark blazer and tie. The other gentleman wears a suit and tie and a homburg style hat. There is a wood and wire fence behind them and the yard is overgrown.
