12 YEARS' SERVICE — Corporal Ralph C. Allen, right, Iron Bridge, Ont., has been presented with the Canadian Forces Decoration. Awarded for 12 years service with the RCAF. the decoration'was presented recently by Cpl. Allen's Commanding Officer, Group Captain R, E. McBride at his unit, No. 2 Wing, Grostenquin, France.
