- This is a black and white photo of L-R Emma(Gardiner) Allen, Maud (Nicholson) Gardiner Allen and Annie(Gardiner) New in a boat on a sandy shore at some unknown location.
The ladies are all gray haired, wear glasses and short sleeved summer dresses. The boat appears to be a wooden rowboat. Sand and steep sloped forested hills are visible along a stretch of water in the background.
