- This brief piece recalls a visit to the students of the Grade 8 Iron Bridge class by Mrs. Neil Draper and Mrs. William Boville where the ladies gave a talk on the history of the Village.
There were dates of first settlers, photos of maple syrup equipment, stories about the first church, the first bridge, the arrival of the telephone system in 1920 and the arrival of electricity in 1946.
