- The photo is of the home of the Gardiner family built by S. C. Gardiner. This is an L shaped two story home, sided with red insulbrick.
There is a small addition added on the right side of the house that possibly served as a mud room before entering the main house. Two young boys can be seen seated on the grass in front of the house.

- As of 1976 the home was owned by Gordon and Mary Seabrook.
