This is a black and white photo of Tom Grigg standing outside in winter. He is standing next to a car and is wearing a long dark coat and white naval cap, he would have been approximately 20 at the time. The white building behind once belonged to Irvin Tulloch and the grey building was once the Bell Telephone building.
